Ca'Spina is an independent rustic house, renovated in 2011 and made available to those who want to discover our territory. It is 600 meters away from the country center, fifteen minutes from Verona or from Lake Garda. It consists of kitchen, double room and bathroom with shower, possibility of extra bed downstairs (3 persons max). Outside is a small terrace, a private, closed parking and a garden of 1000 sqm. To our guests will be offered a delicious local welcome.

Given prices are for the entire property with all utilities and final cleaning included, not per person. For stays over one week is including another set linen.
-Payment: 30% at the confirmation by bank transfer, remaining in cash on arrival.
-€250.00 cash deposit: only for stays of at least 7 days.
-For daily stays, stays less than 7 days or fortnightly stays, please send us an e-mail for quotation.
-Monthly stays: min. € 900,00 - max. € 1.100,00 |
