I Vallaroni.
I Vallaroni is a 17th century country villa which has been restored and refurbished to very high standard, yet still retaining its character and charm. The property is situated on the gentle hillside of ‘Monticchio’and is approximately 2 km from Spello. Set centrally within the self-contained working fields and olive groves of Cuore Verde, the property benefits from a large outdoor seating area/garden and a large swimming pool of sunny aspect. The olive groves and woodland to the rear of the property give ample access for nature trails and walks.
The ground floor of the villa offers a large communal living room with dedicated internet point and PC desk area. The communal area, light and cool, benefits from an impressive vaulted ceiling. First and second floors offering one bed-sitters and three apartments that sleep 2-3 people each. Adjacent to the main villa is a two person apartment designed for disabled access and another one independent apartment sleeping for four to six persons. All accommodation has its own private bathroom and private kitchen or cooking area. Apartments can be individually rented or the villa can be let as a whole. In the event of a single party rental of the whole villa, access to a professionally equipped kitchen will be provided. (Please note that in all rental circumstances self-catering is required.) |
Services | Internet point, bicycles, swings and ping-pong are also offered for the benefit of guests.
