Our spacious home, the Villa Stampa, can accommodate up to 45 people. For many years, we have specialised in catering for groups taking part in seminars and workshops covering interests such as: theatre, music, orchestra, choir, yoga, reiki, dancing, meditation, art and language courses, Christian seminars using our own chapel, swimming and trekking. We also welcome groups of young people and our apartments are ideal for families.
Olive groves, vineyards, and fields of wheat and sunflowers surround our house, which is situated near Lake Trasimeno in the unspoilt Umbrian countryside. You will find it the perfect place to relax and to work with others
Guests have the use of a very large terrace and a drawing room (both 120msq). The room, which has a parquet floor and large arched windows, is furnished with comfortable chairs and cushions and contains a piano, stereo, TV, DVDs etc. Outside there are ample grounds and ancient stone steps lead down to the large swimming pool (19 x9m) with panoramic views. Our very old chapel, which has excellent acoustics, is ideal for choirs. We can arrange group visits to Florence and Rome and our friendly team who speak Italian, German, French and English are always there to help you, for example with materials for courses and organising meal times etc.
Our cuisine.
Umbrian and Tuscan cooking is well known for its use of natural and healthy ingredients.
The proprietor, Dr Maria- Theresa Baldoni, the author of ‘The foot paths of the lake’, is passionate and knowledgeable about the local cuisine and we pride ourselves on the quality of our meals. Wherever possible we use home produced and organic products. We make our own pasta, olive oil, fruit, vegetables, ham and salami. Dairy products and cheese come from local dairies and our meat is sourced from a small abattoir, which only sells free-range products. Naturally we also cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements.
We offer the choice of bed and breakfast, half or full board.

Services | All rooms and apartments are furnished in traditional antique style. We offer:
• Apartments with two double beds, a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. An extra single bed is available on request.
• Apartments with one double bed, a kitchen and bathroom. An extra single bed is available on request.
• Rooms without en suite facilities are available at a lower cost.
