TENUTA LA CIPRESSETA is situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, in the natural Sant’Agnese resort, one of the few in the world where there are splendid hills covered by cypresses that are reproduced naturally; the villa lies on a hill where you can admire an enchanting view; it’s like a postcard, from the balcony you can see the ruins of an old castle, Tuscan cottages, olive groves, vineyards and a perfectly preserved castle dating back to XV century, Paneretta's Castle.
The Villa has four very comfortable apartments, supplied by every kind of accessory and exclusive equipped garden. Every apartment has full kitchen (with dish-washing, washing-machine, oven, coffee machine, toaster, gas etc.), lounge with fireplace and TV-SAT, two bedrooms, good bathroom and private garden, with every comfort.
A pleasant, relaxing and magic environment is created by the atmosphere typical of this land with its colures, the landscape, the view, the absence of roads in the surrounding area (the only road to reach the place ends in the woods and no roads can be seen from the villa), the cypress, the ilex and the oak tree woods, the vineyards and the olive groves that surround the villa.
TENUTA LA CIPRESSETA is surrounded by a great park where a beautiful swimming pool is situated. It has been created and realized amongst vineyards and olive groves so it is very peaceful, the distance from the private gardens guarantees maximum comfort and privacy.
There is a barbecue at everybody’s disposal and a well shaded car park.
Tenuta la Cipresseta is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for excursions even of just a few hours in the nearby Tuscan art towns (Florence Km 30, Sienna Km 25, San Gimignano Km 15, Volterra Km 40 etc.). The villa is situated in an easily accessible place, convenient for any need and near the main roads.

Offer | | Spring in Tuscany is very special period: country has very rich and light colours, typical of this land; all is green and in the country there is nice atmosphere and very special fragrance, the weather is usually very good and sunny. In the cities of art and in the small villages of Chianti there are not a lot of people and the visit is more pleasant. The prices are lower.
