The residence offers a field for “calcetto”, volley ball, basket and table tennis, tennis courts and horse riding to sportspeople, as well as the possibility to practise jogging and nice excursions by bicycle Slides, swings and other games for children are scattered around the garden, together with the tables, chairs and deck-chairs. Barbecues can also be found in the garden, which at dinnertime provide inviting aromas. Farmhouses The apartments of the “older” part (Types: M, MS, BP,BA, BB, BS, TS, TB of the price list) originate from the accurate restoration of the houses belonging to a Maremma farm; the buildings have been completely renovated in order to create modern and comfortable apartments, utilizing traditional materials of the Tuscan farmhouses, like wooden beams and frames and floors done in terracotta tiles. Terraced houses(Bungalows) The “newer” apartments (Types: BC and TC of the price list) have been created inside the large garden (80.000 sq.m.) utilizing the terraced houses typology; even in this case, the Tuscan wood and fired brick have been used.
