The Hotel Duca del Mare, run by the Orlandi Family since 1963, is situated in a quiet, panoramic area at the entrance of the magnificent Medieval town of Massa Marittima, a stone’s throw from the town centre.
Massa Marittima stands on the top of a hill in the Tuscan Alta Maremma, only a few kilometres from the most beautiful seaside resorts of the coast, surrounded by landscapes of arresting natural beauty and places of great historical and cultural interest.
The hotel has been accurately restored in order to meet the highest international standards and it is also equipped with facilities for disabled people. All common rooms are equipped with air conditioning: the large hall, the TV/reading lounge, the bar and the breakfast room with veranda adjoining the garden.
The swimming pool, with hydromassage corner and night lighting, is surrounded by an English-style lawn with patio overlooking the Gulf of Follonica. The Garden, the parking and a Bike-Garage are at guests’ disposal.
Pets cannot be brought to the hotel.
