Offer | | Castello di Pastine: a pearl of the XIV century upon a hill dominating the relaxing chianti 's countryside. Located in Tuscany, between Florence and Siena, the castle offers charming holiday apartments and villas for rent in a 14 hectares park with panoramic terrace, large swimming pool, BBQ, and tennis court yard.
The old farmhouses, in an excellent position opposite the castle and with a large panoramic terrace looking out onto the sunset, have been refurbished to create independent apartments (1A, 2B and 3C), furnished carefully and lovingly, each on two floors and with a big kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, independent boilers), terra cotta floors and ceilings with chestnut beams. TV/SAT and DVD upon request. In the woods beside the swimming pool an enchanting and cool independent villa has been refurbished to create unit 6F, with its unusual, spacious dining room dug out of the tufa in the hill.
Inside the main villa of Castello di Pastine there are: on the second floor unit SUPERIOR SUITE; on the top floor unit MANSARDA. The apartment 5E is located under the main villa’s lawn, along one of our private roads.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
All the apartments are fully equipped for your sleeping and cooking requirements. On arrival the Clients will find their units in a clean and tidy condition; they are supposed to leave them in the same way on departure.
Sheets and towels are supplied with the weekly change of linens every Saturday (not including towels for the swimming pool), any other requests will be at the expense of the guests.
The apartments are usually rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. and departures by 10.00 a.m. In low and mid-season, upon request and depending on availability, bookings may also be accepted for periods other than a week.

Services | The property is situated inside a spectacular park which, with its romantic paths and breathtaking perspectives, provides the opportunity for pleasant walks immersed in nature.
The 9 x 18 m swimming pool has areas reserved for each apartment and fully equipped with deck chairs, sun beds and private tents(*).
The tennis/five-a-side football ground is in synthetic grass; close by there is also a ping-pong table and a small skating rink for children. Next by the tennis court yard, there is a playground for kids, with swings and a slide, as well as a new volleyball net. Trekking trails in the woods of the park are reserved exclusively for the use of guests while not far from the property there are excellent restaurants where you can enjoy dishes that have made Tuscan cooking famous throughout the world.
Just a few minutes away by car are supermarkets, shops and sports activities (golf, horse riding, bike hire etc...) which our staff will be pleased to help you choose from.
