The residence Nonno Alberice is an old- fashioned building dated 1800, situatetd in the centre of the medieval village of Rosignano Marittimo.
Nonno Alberice’s present owners and managers are the 2 great granddaughters, Gretel & Elena.
The 12 flats are located on 3 floors with lift. These on the first floor have private balcony furnished with table, chairs and beach-umbrella. The ones on the second floor have a panoramic terrace, furnished. The apartments on the third floor are characterized by the attic and roof skylights with a romantic stars view.
The flats are furnished with modern kitchens, Tuscan style furniture and with wrought iron beds. Every flat has a TV,autonous methane heating, bold windows with screens and armoured doors.
