There are two swimming pools reserved exclusively for the guests and for the owners. The Villa’s pool is heated in late spring and early autumn . The Villa, built at the end of the XVIII century, carefully restored, with attention to the details, offers a relaxing and comfortable stay to whoever wishes to spend their holidays in Tuscany. Two communicating apartments of 85 mq and 230 mq have been created for the guests. Both the apartments of the Villa have been furnished in a very comfortable way with quality furniture, in part antique and in part in stile, created by the able Tuscan craftsmen. The principal apartment of 230 mq, is composed of a large sitting room/dining room with a very wide, functioning fireplace, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a cloak room (downstairs). A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bright and extremely pleasing sitting room, with it's restored original painted walls, a card table and television with satellite TV and a DVD player. On the same floor there are 5 bedrooms of which 3 with en suite bathrooms (one equipped with a bath and two with a shower) and 2 that share a bigger bathroom that also comprises a hydro massage shower. The smaller apartment of 85 mq, connected to the principal one on the first floor, has an independent entrance facing the courtyard. Climbing the stone staircase you access the spacious sitting room with it's fireplace and communicating kitchen and the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. At only 20 meters from the Villa is a 6 x 14 mt. very beautiful swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas, that will remain heated so allowing bathing in early autumn or in mid spring. The farm house of XVIII century, in stone, restructured respecting of the original characteristics, is divided in two large independent apartments, one to the ground floor, the other to the first floor, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace. To little meters from the house swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas. From here you have a marvellous sight on the Casentino Valley and on the Castle of Poppi. Services Both buildings are well equipped: satellite TV and a DVD player, possibility of maid service, barbecue, tables and chairs for use in the spacious gardens.
