The manor-house comprises :
• a 3-storey building recently restored (inside and outside) : each floor dates back to a different century (‘500,’700,’900)
• an arch-shaped structure connected to the building
• a tinaia (a place where in the past wine was stored in barrels).
The manor-house is surrounded by two courtyards, a vineyard and a long cypresses path which leads to the main entrance,and two flowery gardens closed by stone walls,one private for owners ,one private for the guests
GROUND FLOOR
- The Entrance hall with barrel-vaulted ceiling , 3 ogive-shaped stone tanks for wheat storage placed under the basement, wooden door with colored glass representing the family stemma; portals, capitals and lambrì made ofgrey stone, telephone line
- The Red Double Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and stone capitals, crimson and ochre colors, two English chest of drawers aged 1700, wardrobe and writing desk, armchair ,double bed -180X200-two bedside tables
- The Living-room with cameo pink walls, paintings with fruit subjects, stone fireplace, double sofa bed 160X200, 2 ‘Frau’ armchairs, a ‘credenza’ aged 1600 and a writing desk.

- The Huge living room with decorated walls, 3 big windows, curtains and pelmets , huge dining table covered with red brocade, beaten iron chandelier, 2 empire style sofas along the walls, wall bookcase, old grand piano.
- The Pale blue living room with fireplace, round table with intarsia, empire-style mirror and chest of drawers, glass-fronted sideboard and cupboard with porcelain pottery.
- The Tiny bathroom and ante-bathroom with toilet,basin,bidet lilac/blue walls
- Lions Bedroom : curtains and pelmets are eccentrically decorated with gold/blue images of the S. Marco lion and the furniture is neo-gothic : double bed, chest of drawers, writing desk, bedside tables, throne chairs.
