The Hotel Hermitage***** was founded in the early'50s, on the site of a small fishing village, by the Genovese aristocrat Paolo De Ferrari. The hotel stands amidst the rich Mediterranean maquis, surrounded by strawberry trees, holm oaks and lentiscus, nowadays a protected area within the Tuscan Archipelago Park.
