In Town, 200 mt from the hotel, a large comet made of fireworks, at the stroke of midnight on Christmas Eve, comes down and stops in the Duomo Square.

Services | The hotel is located on the seaside, few yards from the Main Square, shopping centre and harbour form where every morning several steamers leave to Positano, Capri, Ischia, Naples and Salerno. Always from Amalfi, you can make some organised excursions by bus to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculanum, Neaples, Paestum, Ravello and so on, with English speaking guide.
Travelling by train, the nearest railway station is Salerno. From there to Amalfi a schedule bus service almost every hour from 6:30 A.M. to 10:30:30 P.M. It takes 70 minutes. In summer time, from Salerno to Amalfi there are also many steamers. They leave from the harbour in front of the railway station.
Travelling by car, from Roma you take the highway A2 direction Napoli and from there Salerno. The nearest exit to Amalfi is Vietri sul Mare. 20 Km of beautiful but twisting road on the Amalfi Coast and you are in Amalfi. Our hotel is set right on the Promenade, easy to find.
