***THE VILLA has been divided into seven apartments completely independent and furnished with excellent taste using furniture and original Tuscan materials; it is very comfortable and bright and the careful restoration has maintained in tact an atmosphere of old Tuscany. The apartments are surrounded by green valleys and offer a splendid rural panorama.
***A SWIMMING POOL 7x14 metres is available for the guests in the large private garden. You can play tennis at the Fantina, less than 2 km away, make relaxing and pleasant excursions or walks in the woods and in the surrounding countryside. The geographic position is the best for visiting Tuscany and Umbria with their interesting historic and artistic centres.
***THE VILLA - Casagrande is an old farm from the XVIII century immersed in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, within an isolated panoramic position, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. The farmhouse, is divided into five comfortable apartments of different sizes, it has maintained the elegance of an old farmhouse covered in stone, with beamed ceilings, original floors in terracotta and furnished in a warm Tuscan style from the first half of the 1900's.
***THE DEPENDANCE - A short distance from the principal house there is a gracious and characteristic rural annex in natural stone where there are two completely independent apartments, with the same characteristics and furnishings as that of the villa. |
