Our countryhouses will be your home in Tuscany.
Bagnolo and San Giacomo are only few minutes from the medieval village of San Casciano dei Bagni,known since the Etruscan and Roman times for its warm and hot springs.
Our homes are set in a marvellous natural set, with views on the Tuscan rolling hills and on the valleys.
BAGNOLO with a warm spring pool
Bagnolo is the most antique house of the farm. It has been carefully restored using only traditional materials such as wooden beams, cotto tiles and stones, and has been decorated with family furniture, that give to all the rooms a cosy and traditional atmosphere.
The kitchen with a large fire-place, the dining room, a tv room and two sitting rooms are all on the ground floor: the ideal spaces to organize a family reunion or to stay with friends.
The house has 4 double bedrooms and a studio with two sofa bed, all on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom, while the others share two bathroom.
The spacious garden, all fenced, has many variety of local plants and beautiful oak trees that offer a nice shade during the warmest days. At the end of the lawn is a marvellous surprise: a large pool fed with the warm water of the spring that gushes in the property.
The temperature of the water (about 28°C) is just perfect for a long swim during the warmest seasons.
During the colder months, the water is collected in a tub (2x2)in a little house that once was water mill.
SAN GIACOMO Home with a view!
San Giacomo is set on a hill with a beautiful view on the Tuscan rolling hills, and from the garden you may see the most romantic sunsets.
The large house is divided in two apartments: a small one for the housekeepers, an usefull and discreet presence, and a large one for the guests, for 8 people . This comfortable apartment on two levels has 4 bedrooms (two double with en-suite bathroom, two twins that share one bathroom) and it is ideal for two families or for a group or friends. The living area, the dining and the large kitchen are spacious and bright.
If you happen to be a larger group, you may also rent the dependence for 4 people, that otherwise will remain empty, to respect your privacy and your need of tranquillity.
On a natural terrace at the side of the house, there is a swimming pool (6x12), with beautiful trees at his back and an amazing view on the front.
MONTEFREDDO DI SOPRA My husband Francesco and I (Olivia), have just finished to restore a country home called Montefreddo di Sopra.
I will be glad to send you pictures, just ask. It is a 2 floors country villa with 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room (with a french bed, suitable for 1 adult or for 2 children), wi-fi, air conditioning.
Promotional price for the first year of activity is 2000 euros/per week (electricity is not included in the price , if you choose to use the air conditioning) |

Services | SERVICES
Linen, towels (also for the pool) are provided and changed once a week. Extra changes are possible and charged extra.
Electrical power and water are included.
Heating (when needed) is metered.
It is possible to order home cooked meals, ask information when booking.
We offer to all our guests a bottle of our extra-virgin olive oil and wine.
Cooking classes and ceramic courses are avialbel on request.
Our guest get special discount at the Centro Termale Fonteverde.
TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN
Agriturismo San Giacomo e Bagnolo makes travelling with children even easier:
if you are travelling with a child between 6 months and 3 years,in your home in Tuscany you will find:
a cot, a high chair, a country side stroller and a pratical small stroller to visit towns.
If needed we also provide a baby bottle warmer (for home and for car) and car seat. For other things you may need, just ask!
This will be all included in the rental price.
